We are looking for a candidate to join our team SAM Movies Entertainment Private Limited to handle customer calls, provide customer support and resolve queries related to events management operations. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of 17K to 25K (depending upon required skills) and opportunities for growth and earning incentive up to 5K.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.

• Address customer queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints.

• Basic Operations Tasks: Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when required.

• The minimum qualification for this role proper knowledge of English and Hindi Language (Read, Write and Speak all three domain).
