Operation Executive

We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to join our team at Sahara Air Courier. The ideal candidate will be a key member of our supply chain department, responsible for the efficient management of all logistical tasks, from customer collection to the final delivery of shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the collection of goods from customers, ensuring proper packing and accurate record-keeping of all shipments.

• Oversee the correct and timely network dispatch of items from the warehouse.

• Coordinate the safe handling and transport of materials, including hazardous goods, by material handlers.

• Ensure accurate label generation and timely updates for all shipments.

• Process all receipts and documentation in a timely and organized manner.

• Work closely with multiple principal companies to ensure seamless delivery and maintain strong business relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A minimum of 12th pass.

• 6 month-to-1 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a similar role.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications for inventory and data tracking.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
