Operation Executive

Job Summary:

SK Translines is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operation Executive to oversee day-to-day logistics and transport operations. The role involves handling vehicle scheduling, driver coordination, shipment documentation, and ensuring smooth and timely deliveries to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor loading & unloading activities.

• Maintain records of vehicle numbers, driver names, shipment locations, and delivery timings.

• Prepare and manage transport documentation (LR, e-way bills, challans, PODs, invoices).

• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.

• Update and maintain daily reports on Google Sheets/Excel.

• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and drivers for operational requirements.

• Ensure quality, quantity, and safety compliance during logistics operations.

• Support in cost optimization and process improvements.

• Handle customer complaints and escalations efficiently.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
