• Handle daily car bookings, scheduling & dispatch

• Coordinate with drivers for pickups, drop-offs & duty timings

• Track vehicle movements, fuel usage & trip sheets

• Ensure cars are clean, serviced & ready on time

• Manage breakdown support, replacements & emergency arrangements

• Maintain booking records, customer details & trip logs

• Check vehicle documents, insurance & validity dates

• Handle customer calls, complaints & smooth trip execution

• Ensure timely billing and trip closure

• Work closely with sales team for corporate bookings
