They focus on improving operational efficiency, optimizing workflows, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
To Implement the standards, based on the gaps identified (as per the gap assessment report or self-analysis in the absence of gap assessment report) like Infrastructure related issues, License related issues, and any change or update in MOUs, all over hospital signages, purchase list or and other work.
