Job Description – Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end logistics operations from pickup to delivery
Coordinate with transporters, drivers, vendors, and clients
Manage shipment booking, dispatch, and tracking
Ensure timely pickup and delivery of consignments
Maintain operation records and daily updates
Resolve delivery and transportation issues efficiently

Requirements:

Experience in logistics / transport operations preferred
Knowledge of shipment booking, coordination, and tracking
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic computer and Excel knowledge
Ability to manage multiple shipments and follow-ups simultaneously
