Operation Executive

We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support the daily operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Planning and Execution of Operational Efficiency.
2. Monitor and Coordinate Operational Activities.
3. Maintain accurate records and reports.
4. Track KPIs and metrics to evaluate operational performance.
5. Liaise with internal teams and external vendors.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations and industry standards.
7. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions.
8. Support inventory management and procurement planning.
9. Help prepare budgets, forecasts and operational reports for management review.
10. Participate in audits and implement corrective actions.
