Responsibilities
Itinerary and booking management: Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, make hotel, and other transport bookings, and ensure all services align with client requirements.
Supplier and vendor coordination: Act as the main point of contact for suppliers, hotels, and other vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
Customer service: Handle client inquiries, provide support, and resolve any issues or disruptions that arise during travel.
Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate records, manage documentation, track payments, and prepare reports on operational performance.
Quality assurance: Ensure the quality of travel products and services, gather customer feedback, and make necessary adjustments to improve the client experience.
Qualifications and skills
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in travel operations or a similar role is typically required.
