1. Operations & Fleet Management
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Schedule, route, and track transportation vehicles (trucks, flights, shipping lines).
Liaise with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), freight forwarders, and carriers to negotiate rates and service levels.
Documentation & Compliance
Prepare and manage essential logistics documentation (e.g., bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping manifests).
Ensure full compliance with domestic and international shipping laws, customs regulations, and safety standards.
Handle customs clearance processes and resolve any regulatory hold-ups.
3.Performance Tracking & Cost Control
Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks, optimize routes, and reduce operational costs.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, shipping costs per unit, and order accuracy.
Resolve customer or vendor complaints regarding transit delays, damaged goods, or billing discrepancies.
