Operation Executive

About the Role:

We’re seeking a dependable and energetic Operations Executive to keep the backend of our fast-moving ingredients business running smoothly. From handling dispatches to ensuring proper coordination with vendors, distributors, and retail partners — you’ll be the one who makes sure things move without friction.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys multitasking, working closely with teams, and being at the core of a business that’s expanding in both modern trade and general trade channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operational activities between production, packaging, logistics, and sales teams.

• Handle order processing, documentation, and dispatch coordination.

• Communicate with vendors, distributors, and trade partners to ensure timely supply and stock management.

• Maintain inventory records and assist in managing reorder levels.

• Support trade marketing activities — from dispatching display materials to coordinating installations.

• Track product movement across channels and assist in preparing MIS reports.

• Assist with vendor development, procurement follow-ups, and quality checks.

• Handle any administrative, coordination, or execution work that supports the smooth functioning of the business.

Who You Are:

• A fresher or early-career candidate who’s organized, sincere, and quick to adapt.

• Someone who can take ownership and follow up till a task is completed.

• Basic knowledge of Excel and communication tools (email, WhatsApp, Google Sheets).

• Willing to learn how operations, trade, and logistics come together in a growing B2B brand.

• A team player with a “get-things-done” attitude.
