Key Responsibilities:

Role Overview:

The Operations Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day operational tasks

such as tracking news from newspapers, preparing client dockets, managing courier

dispatches, and performing basic outside office work. The role ensures smooth

support to the PR and admin teams through timely execution and coordination of

assigned duties.

News Tracking (Offline Newspapers):

● Collect and review physical newspapers

● Identify and clip relevant client/media coverage

● Scan and share with internal teams

● Maintain records for internal and client use

Docket Preparation, Outside Work & Courier Handling:

● Prepare and print client/media dockets

● Coordinate with teams for approvals and materials

● Handle courier packaging, dispatch, and tracking

● Perform basic outside work (document collection, printing, submissions)

● Support admin with errands as needed

Language Proficiency:

● English: Read, Write, Speak

● Hindi: Read, Write, Speak

● Gujarati: Read, Write, Speak
