Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

● Upload press releases on the portal in a timely manner.

● Track release status and maintain daily logs of coverage and publication links.

● Compile and prepare release dockets, including screenshots, media links, and

summaries.

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of release plans.

● Maintain accurate records of all activities and ensure data is up to date.

● Assist the operations and client servicing teams with other documentation or

reporting needs.

Requirements:

● Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream.

● 0–1 year of experience in operations or PR-related support roles.

● Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

● Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

● Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

● Willingness to learn and grow within the PR industry.
