📢 URGENT REQUIREMENT – OPERATION EXECUTIVE / LOAN PROCESSOR

Position: Operation Executive – Loan Processing
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

🔹 JOB PROFILE

We are looking for an Operation Executive / Loan Processor to handle the processing and coordination of Secured and Unsecured Loan applications.

📝 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process applications for Secured and Unsecured Loans.

• Handle the complete loan login process.

• Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with KYC and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Manage the loan workflow through the Middle Office.

• Coordinate with customers, clients, bankers and internal teams.

• Coordinate loan disbursement activities for:

  • Business Loans

  • Home Loans

  • Personal Loans

  • LAP (Loan Against Property)

• Coordinate with Loan Closers for timely completion of loan processes.

• Coordinate with branch staff, lending officers and credit administration teams.

• Maintain proper documentation and follow-up records.

• Ensure high-quality customer service and timely resolution of queries.

• Provide system training and technical support to staff, whenever required.

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and operational data.

👤 CANDIDATE PROFILE

Candidates should have:

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of loan processing/documentation will be preferred.

• Good follow-up and customer-handling ability.

• Basic computer and MIS reporting skills.

• Ability to coordinate with customers, bankers and internal departments.
