Assist in the setup & execution of events, activations, society promotions, and exhibitions

Coordinate with promoters, fabricators, artists, technicians, and vendors

Ensure branding, fabrication, and production elements are installed correctly

Support in manpower supervision, briefing, and monitoring

Operations & Logistics:

Prepare material lists, dispatch notes, and event checklists

Track inventory, branding material, props, and consumables

Arrange logistics: vehicle booking, courier, movement of material to/from venues

Conduct market visits for vendor scouting, fabricator checks, and printing checks

Documentation & Coordination:

Assist in collecting vendor quotes & preparing cost comparisons

Maintain project-wise operations sheets and post-event reports

Coordinate closely with the CS team for requirements, timelines, approvals

Ensure all operations documents are properly filed (digital & physical)
