About the Role

PIB Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented and motivated freshers to join our Back Office / Operations Team at our Andheri East office.

The selected candidates will support day-to-day insurance operations, documentation, data management, policy processing, MIS preparation and coordination with internal teams and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day back-office and insurance operations.
Enter and maintain customer and policy-related data accurately.
Prepare and maintain policy documents and records.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations and insurance company teams.
Follow up for pending documents and required information.
Prepare MIS reports and daily/weekly trackers.
Maintain proper filing and documentation.
Coordinate with insurance companies whenever required.
Support policy issuance, endorsements and renewal-related activities.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned work.
Follow company processes and applicable IRDAI-related compliance requirements.
Perform other operational responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile

Fresh graduates / postgraduates are welcome to apply.
Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Email.
Good typing and computer skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Willingness to learn insurance products and processes.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
Candidates from Mumbai and nearby locations preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Any Graduate / B.Com / BBA / BMS / MBA or equivalent.

Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year.

Industry: Insurance / Broking / Financial Services.
