We’re looking for an experienced and client-focused Operations Manager to manage pest control operations, oversee key commercial and residential accounts, drive operational efficiency, and ensure excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities – Operations Management
• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily pest control operations.
• Manage and allocate technicians, supervisors, and manpower as per service requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of scheduled services and maintain service quality standards.
• Monitor technician productivity, team performance, and operational efficiency.
• Manage chemical distribution, inventory, and maintain proper usage records.
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with operational SOPs and safety standards.
• Handle client queries, complaints, and service escalations effectively.
• Maintain service records, MIS reports, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Identify manpower requirements and support technician hiring and deployment.
