We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive who will be responsible for smooth day-to-day operations, effective client coordination, internal team management, and data handling using advanced Excel. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding operational requirements
Coordinate with clients to understand service needs, timelines, and deliverables
Handle client queries, follow-ups, and issue resolution professionally
Prepare and share reports, updates, and MIS with clients
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks
Assign work, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met
Maintain smooth communication between departments
Support team members in resolving operational challenges
Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Maintain operational records, documentation, and process flows
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and operational summaries
Use advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, data validation, and charts
Analyze operational data and present insights to management
Maintain accurate databases and trackers
Strong client handling and communication skills
Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
