Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Stock Management Executive – Store Operations to manage inventory, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure proper storage and handling of materials. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse and stock operations.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials
Maintain accurate stock and inventory records
Issue materials as per requirement with proper documentation
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
Coordinate with purchase and accounts teams for stock management
Prepare daily/weekly stock reports
Requirements
0–3 years of experience in store/inventory management
Basic knowledge of inventory software / MS Excel
Good organizational and record-keeping skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team
