🔹 Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Operations Executive to join our team in New Delhi. This role requires someone who can manage day-to-day operations, communicate efficiently with customers and internal teams, and ensure seamless customer service delivery.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day operations and workflow management
• Conduct welcome calls and maintain strong communication with customers
• Lead customer support operations, ensuring smooth appointment bookings and quick query resolution
• Respond to customer inquiries and ensure high satisfaction levels
• Perform data analysis and use insights for process optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes
🔹 Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Operations• (mandatory)
• 1–2 years of experience in operations or a similar role (preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills•
Proficiency in operations management•
Good analytical skills• for data-driven decision-making
• Ability to manage time effectively in an on-site working environment
