Operation Executive

We are currently looking to hire a Forex Compliance & Documentation Officer for our Forex/Treasury department and would like to engage your services in sourcing suitable candidates for this position.

1.      Job Title: Front liner – Currency Exchange (Sell & Purchase)

Salary- Up to 25k

Experience- 2-4yrs

             Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle buying and selling of foreign currencies for customers

2. Provide up-to-date exchange rates and transaction details

3. Deliver excellent customer service and respond to inquiries

4. Ensure compliance with KYC/AML regulations

5. Accurately handle, count, and balance cash and currencies

6. Detect counterfeit currency and report suspicious transactions

7. Maintain proper records and assist in daily transaction reporting

2.      Job Title: Forex Compliance & Documentation Officer 

Salary- Up to 35k

Experience- 3-5yrs

             Key Responsibilities :

·         Ensure compliance with RBI / FEMA regulations using Minerva Software

·         Verify and maintain KYC / AML documentation in the system

·         Monitor and report forex transactions via Minerva as per RBI norms

·         File regulatory returns (XOS, BEF, R-Returns, etc.) through Minerva

·         Conduct internal audits and support during RBI inspections

·         Stay updated on RBI circulars and implement changes in Minerva

·         Train staff on compliance processes and Minerva usage

·         Maintain proper documentation for remittances and trade transactions

·         Use Minerva for transaction logs, monitoring, and risk assessment

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
