Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive at One True Pairing Pvt. Ltd, located in Bengaluru. The Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, and ensuring that company goals are achieved.
Key tasks include developing strategies, managing budgets, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
The Executive will also be involved in decision-making processes, providing leadership and direction to staff, and handling any issues that arise in the course of business operations.

• Strategic Planning and Budget Management experience
• Strong organizational skills and Attention to Detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
Hindi & South Indian Regional Languages
• Ability to manage internal stake holders & External stake
holders & Flexible for Travelling
• Ability to manage cross-functional domain in Retail Industry
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the retail signage & retail fitout industry
• Diploma in Civil / Electrical / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
