Job Summary:
The Operations Executive is responsible for supporting daily business operations, ensuring processes run smoothly, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining records, and helping improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support day-to-day operational activities
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain and update operational records and documentation
Monitor process performance and report issues to management
Assist in planning and implementing operational procedures
Handle vendor, client, and internal coordination when required
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Support senior management with operational tasks and reporting
Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Problem-solving and analytical abilities
Experience:
0–3 years of experience in operations or administrative roles
