Operation Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION: Operations Executive
Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical) & MBA (HR)
Experience: Min. 1+ year (In Industries is highly preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Monitor daily operations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely task execution.

2. Maintain and update operational records, reports, and documentation.

3. Resolve employee queries related to Provident Fund (PF) and Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) accounts, ensuring the accurate creation, update, and maintenance of records

4. Handle issues related to employee PF and ESIC registration, including corrections and discrepancies on the portals.

5. Assist employees with PF and ESIC withdrawals, transfers, and claims, guiding them through the process.

6. Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth integration between payroll systems and PF/ESIC portals to minimize errors or delays.

7. Handle operational queries and resolve issues efficiently.

8. Train and guide new members, if required.
