Organisation Details: Gram Gaurav Pratishthan: is a reputed social trust that works on water conservation, sustainable agriculture and rural development in Saswad Taluka District Pune. They implement structures like farm ponds, check dams, bunds and other soil & water conservation works in partnership with local communities and government schemes.
Location: Field Office :Gram Gaurav Pratishthan Shetkarinagar,Gotemal,Khalad, Saswad-Jejuri Road, Tal:- Purandar , Dist :- Pune, 41230
· Base: Villages in Saswad Taluka and in Maharasthra
· Full‑time, on‑site (field‑based)

Work Experience:
· Min 6 months experience in civil construction / water conservation / irrigation / rural development/ handling any project under Social Work
· Freshers with orientation for social services and willing to work at Saswad are welcome
Maximum CTC:Rs 3 Lac per annum with average monthly CTC of Rs 25000 per month with fixed part of Rs 17 K +.Food and Accommodation contributing tot Rs 8 K provided the competencies match with the job requirements will be provided

Educational Qualification:
· Diploma in Civil Engineering/OR
· ITI (Civil Draughtsman / Surveyor) / Diploma in Agriculture / Rural Technology / Water Management/OR
· Graduate (BSc – Env. Science / Geography / Geology / BA/BCom) with strong interest in field work and measurements
Salary & Benefits
· CTC of ₹ 25000 pe rmonth : Fixed Salary: ₹17,000 per month (negotiable for suitable candidates)
· Food and accommodation: Provided by the organisation equivalent to ₹ 4000 + ₹ 4000

Key Skills:
· Basic knowledge of civil works or water conservation structures
· Ability to take site measurements and do simple calculations
· Comfortable working in villages and outdoor field conditions
· Communication skills, written and oral, Negotiation skills,Marathi and Hindi speaking; basic English reading/writing preferred
· Honest, disciplined, willing to stay at project site and work in a team
· Accuracy and attention to detail

· Need to have two-wheeler and a valid driving license
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Site Supervision and Site Execution : Supervise daily work for:
o Farm ponds, check dams, bunds, trenches and related structures or any project work
· Measurement & Documentation:Take measurements and quantities; maintain site records and daily logs.Assist in basic estimates, material planning and Bill of Quantities BOQs.Ensure work follows drawings, levels and quality standards, Coordinate with contractors, masons and labour.
· Planning & Coordination: Support the project team in site selection and layout under guidance,Plan daily work with Project Coordinator / Senior Engineer,Coordinate material delivery and storage at sites.
· Community & Stakehokder Interaction:Interact with farmers, village leaders, SHGs and local institutions.Support community meetings, mobilization, and awareness activities on water conservation.Help in photographic documentation, success stories and reports.
