The Operations Executive will oversee daily activities across the property, ensuring seamless coordination between the front desk, housekeeping, and the restaurant. Responsibilities include managing guest experiences from check-in to check-out, optimizing room bookings, maintaining F&B quality standards, and driving overall property profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Room Management: Oversee room inventory, check-ins/outs, and maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and maintenance.
F&B Operations: Supervise the small restaurant to ensure quality food standards, excellent service, and strict hygiene compliance.
Guest Relations: Serve as the primary point of escalation, resolving complaints and proactively enhancing customer satisfaction.
Staff Leadership: Train, schedule, and manage front desk agents, housekeeping, and food service staff.
Reporting & Administration: Monitor daily sales, manage petty cash, review inventory, and track vendor deliveries.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management.
2–4 years of hands-on operations experience in a boutique hotel, resort, or guesthouse.
