Operation Executive

Job Summary:

The Project Management Intern will assist the project team in planning, executing, and monitoring ongoing projects. The role involves coordinating tasks, preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely communication between departments and clients. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in project coordination and management within a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities.

• Support the Project Manager in monitoring project progress and deliverables.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and presentations.

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.

• Track milestones, deliverables, and timelines using project management tools.

• Identify and communicate project risks or delays to supervisors.

• Participate in meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

• Provide administrative and logistical support to the project management team.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or MS Project).

• Attention to detail with an ability to multitask effectively.
