Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch & Delivery Coordination:

  • Schedule and monitor daily pickups and deliveries.

  • Ensure timely dispatch of consignments to their destinations.

  • Coordinate with drivers and delivery agents for route optimization.

• Operations & Process Management:

  • Maintain shipment logs, tracking reports, and delivery documentation.

  • Handle exceptions, delays, and escalations effectively.

  • Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and scanning of parcels.

• Customer Service:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, delays, or issues.

  • Provide shipment tracking updates and resolve complaints promptly.

• Team Coordination:

  • Supervise and manage delivery staff and support team.

  • Train new delivery executives on SOPs and safety guidelines.
    Reporting & Documentation:

    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports.

    • Maintain accurate documentation for audit and compliance.
      
      Working Hours:

      • Monday to Saturday (Timings based on shift/operation needs)

      • Willingness to work weekends and holidays if required
