We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Operations Executive to manage the complete lifecycle of container security seals across our operational network. The role involves inventory management, seal issuance, reconciliation, compliance, vendor coordination, documentation, and ensuring operational accuracy while maintaining security standards.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent coordination abilities, and a good understanding of logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

. Seal Inventory Management

Maintain inventory of high-security container seals across all operational locations.
Monitor stock levels and ensure uninterrupted seal availability.
Track inward and outward movement of seals.
Conduct regular physical stock verification.
Maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels.
Coordinate seal replenishment with procurement and vendors.
