Key Responsibilities:
• Ground-Level Staff Recruitment & Coordination:
• Recruit, and onboard ground-level staff based on operational needs.
• Maintain staffing schedules and ensure adequate manpower at all client sites.
• Coordinate training and orientation for new staff members.
• Daily Operations Support:
• Assist in monitoring daily facility operations to ensure service quality.
• Help manage services like housekeeping, security, maintenance, and waste management.
• Vendor & Service Provider Coordination:
• Support communication with third-party vendors to ensure service-level adherence.
• Follow up on vendor performance and issue resolution.
• Client Coordination:
• Act as a support contact for clients on routine operational matters.
• Escalate major service disruptions or complaints to senior management.
