Security deposit 15 days salary which is refunded to them at the time of F& F.Whatever will be the salary of candidate.15 day amount will be hold and release after candidate serve notice period.Primarily an Operations role with a mix of Customer Management. • Preparing, Tax Invoices, and E-Way Bills using Tally. • Preparing Delivery Orders, updating dispatch details, and maintaining records in Excel & CRM system. • Handling phone calls and customer queries promptly and professionally. • Responding to operational emails and coordinating internally for timely resolution. • Coordinating with suppliers, godown, and delivery in-charge to ensure smooth logistics. • Ensuring all tasks are executed in a process-oriented and organized manner. • Taking ownership of enquiries and following them through to closure.Required Skills & Qualifications • Knowledge of preparing Tax Invoices and E-Way Bills in Tally is a must. • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal in English). • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general internet usage. • Well-organized, proactive, and able to handle multitasking. • A quick learner – high performers will have an opportunity to grow into leadership roles.
