🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 1. Client Servicing & Support
Handle client queries related to Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, LAS, and transactions
Ensure quick resolution of service requests (within defined TAT)
Coordinate with clients for documentation, KYC, and updates
Maintain a professional and empathetic communication style
🔹 2. Transaction Processing
Execute and track:
SIP registrations / modifications
Lumpsum investments
Redemptions / switches
Insurance policy processing
Ensure zero-error execution and compliance with cut-off timings
Follow up with AMCs / platforms for pending transactions
🔹 3. Data Management & CRM
Update client details in CRM (Zoho Bigin or internal system)
Maintain accurate records of:
Portfolio details
Contact information
Service history
Generate reports for RMs and management
🔹 4. RM Coordination
Support RMs in:
Client meeting preparation
Portfolio reports
Follow-ups
Ensure all service commitments given by RMs are executed on time
🔹 5. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all processes follow SEBI / AMFI / IRDA guidelines
Maintain proper documentation for audits
Track pending documents and ensure closure
🔹 6. Client Engagement Support
Assist in:
Webinar coordination
Client communication campaigns
Event follow-ups
Help in delivering a premium service experience
