
As an Operations Executive at Lakmé Academy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. You will support various administrative tasks, coordinate training programs, and enhance the overall operational efficiency of the academy.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of training programs and events.
Maintain accurate records of student registrations, attendance, and assessments.
Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a positive learning environment.
Handle inquiries and provide support to students and prospective candidates.
Monitor inventory and manage supplies for training sessions.
Implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Prepare reports and assist in budget management.
Qualifications:
