We are looking for a dynamic and hardworking Operations Executive to manage both office operations and field activities related to café and restaurant businesses across India.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operational activities for café and restaurant outlets.
Handle recruitment requirements and staff coordination.
Visit client locations and restaurant outlets as required.
Maintain communication with clients regarding staffing, operations, and business requirements.
Prepare and manage reports, documentation, and operational records.
Coordinate with management, clients, and field teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor staff joining, attendance, and deployment status.
Handle email communication, data management, and follow-ups.
Support outlet setup, onboarding, and operational processes.
Travel across different locations in India whenever required.
