Job Description

We are looking for a highly proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations in our export business (3-wheeler spare parts). This role requires someone who can ensure smooth coordination between suppliers, packing staff, and internal processes to maintain timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with suppliers daily to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of goods
Follow up consistently via calls and messages to avoid delays
Supervise and push packing staff to ensure on-time packing and proper labelling of orders
Prepare accurate packing lists and maintain updated order tracking sheets
Manage and update data in Excel (orders, inventory, dispatch status)
Identify bottlenecks in operations and take initiative to resolve them
Ensure deadlines are met without compromising on quality
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
- Comfortable with continuous calling and follow-ups throughout the day
- Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Prior experience in operations/logistics/export is a plus
