Operation Executive

Overview

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Outreach & Communications Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing volunteer activities, executing awareness campaigns, and strengthening Kokan NGO’s communication and outreach efforts. This role requires a creative communicator who enjoys working both on the field and behind the desk — engaging communities, running college campaigns, and building strong networks to promote the organization’s mission. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Coordinate and manage volunteer programs across colleges and communities.

• Plan and execute awareness campaigns, outreach events, and social drives in colleges.

• Conduct sessions, presentations, and communication activities representing the NGO, demonstrating strong communication skills.

• Build partnerships and networks to create awareness and promote mouth publications for Kokan NGO.

• Engage with college committees, student groups, and local communities to encourage participation.

• Collaborate with internal teams for event execution, campaign planning, and volunteer coordination.

• Manage volunteer documentation, attendance, and communication materials.

• Balance of desk work (planning, reporting, communication) and field work (execution, outreach, and engagement).

• Utilize basic communication skills for reporting, documentation, and internal coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media (BMM), Management Studies (BMS), Public Relations, Social Work, or a related field.

• 0–1 years of relevant experience, preferably in the NGO or community engagement sector. 

• Excellent communication, public speaking, and networking skills.

• Strong organizational abilities with good time and data management.

• Knowledge of event coordination, volunteer management, and outreach planning.

• Willingness to travel locally for field activities and college campaigns.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
