About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, organised, and proactive Operations Executive who can manage both home and office operations smoothly. The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Home Operations:

• Daily management of household tasks and coordination with staff

• Handling home schedules, maintenance, repairs, and service providers

• Managing bills, payments, purchases, and inventory

• Ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the household

Office Operations:

• Assisting with administrative tasks and documentation

• Coordinating with vendors, clients, and team members

• Managing schedules, appointments, and follow-ups

• Tracking office supplies, purchases, and basic accounts

• Supporting management in operational tasks

Requirements

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills

• Good communication skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / computer usage

• Trustworthy, punctual, and professional behaviour

• Ability to handle responsibilities independently

• Preferably has experience in operations/admin roles
