Operation Executive

The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth workflow, process efficiency, and adherence to company policies. This role requires excellent organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, managing, and executing operational processes to ensure efficiency.

Monitor daily operations and identify areas of improvement.

Coordinate with different departments (Finance, HR, Sales, Logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless workflow.

Monitor Account Receivables and Payables regularly accessing Tally reports.

Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operations.

Handle vendor and client communication, ensuring timely delivery of goods/services.

Support in inventory management, procurement, and resource allocation.

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and legal requirements.

Analyze operational data and prepare reports for management review.

Handle escalations and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
