•Job Title:• Office Operations Executive•Location:• DehradunJob Summary:We are looking for an Office Operations Executive to manage and coordinate operational tasks for client services post-sales closure. The role involves handling administrative responsibilities, liaising with vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of client-related activities.Key Responsibilities:1. •Vendor Coordination•: Place orders and manage interactions with vendors like hotels (e.g., booking accommodations in locations like Ladakh), bike rental services, etc., as per client requirements.2. •Client Documentation•: Collect necessary documents from clients (e.g., Aadhaar card) and facilitate processing of permits and other approvals.3. •Logistics & Arrangements•: Coordinate with service providers for client travel, stay, and other logistical arrangements.4. •Office Administration•: Handle general office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and communication.5. •Task Management•: Oversee and execute operational tasks arising from client sales, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.Requirements:- •Experience•: Prior experience in office operations or administration preferred.- •Communication Skills•: Good verbal and written communication for liaising with clients and vendors.- •Organizational Skills•: Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively.- •Location•: Based in Dehradun, with possible travel requirements for client-related coordination.Nature of Work:- Focus on office-based operational tasks.- Client service-oriented, ensuring smooth delivery of services post-sale.There will be a one-year contract; we need long-term candidates. Working hours are 9:30 am to 7:30 pm, Monday is fixed off day.// want good english candidate
