Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and organized Back-End Courier & Document Receiver/Sender to manage the safe handling, tracking, and distribution of company documents and parcels. The ideal candidate will ensure timely receipt, recording, sorting, and dispatching of documents while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Document Receiving

Receive incoming documents, parcels, and correspondence.

Verify sender details and document condition upon receipt.

Record entries in dispatch/receipt registers or digital tracking systems.

Sort and distribute documents to appropriate departments or personnel.

Maintain proper filing and storage of records.

Document Sending / Dispatch

Prepare outgoing documents and parcels for courier or postal dispatch.

Coordinate with courier service providers for timely pickups.

Ensure correct addressing, labeling, and documentation.

Maintain dispatch logs and tracking records.

Follow up on deliveries and confirm receipt when required.

Courier Coordination

Liaise with external courier companies.

Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.

Maintain updated contact list of courier partners.

Compliance & Confidentiality

Handle confidential documents with discretion.

Ensure compliance with company policies and document control procedures.

Maintain organized archives and retrieval systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: 10th , PUC or Graduation

Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in English and kannada

Excellent interpersonal and listening skills

Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for tackling new challenges

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and pay attention to detail
