 Accept transport booking requests from customers..

 Prepare LR (Lorry Receipt) and booking documents..

 Enter booking details in system / ERP.

 Coordinate with loading team and drivers for vehicle dispatch.

 Verify material details (weight, quan􀆟ty, des􀆟na􀆟on).

 Inform customers about freight charges and payment terms.

 Maintain daily booking register and records.

 Follow up for pending freight payments (To-Pay / Paid bookings).

 Coordinate with branches for cross-des􀆟na􀆟on consignments.

 Resolve customer queries related to booking and dispatch.

 Must ensure an efficient and professional service on all guest communica􀆟on channels.

 Helps to meet monthly revenue targets.
