Operation Executive

• Set up and operate pouch printing machines for flexible packaging materials (e.g., laminated film, plastic, paper)

• Read and interpret job tickets to determine specifications such as color, size, and layout

• Load rolls, thread film, and adjust machine settings including ink levels, blade sizes, and tension

• Monitor print quality, alignment, and registration throughout production

• Identify and report defects such as smudging, misalignment, or color inconsistencies

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines

• Ensure compliance with food safety standards (FSSAI, GMP, HACCP)

• Label and document finished products for traceability

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Collaborate with QA and production teams to resolve issues quickly
