**Job Description:**
The BTL Activities Coordinator will be responsible for executing and managing below-the-line marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of vendor management, data analysis, fieldwork, and branding to drive brand visibility and engagement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Vendor Management:**
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors to ensure the timely and cost-effective execution of BTL campaigns.
- Coordinate with vendors to secure the best rates and quality services for events, promotions, and activations.
- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
2. **Reporting:**
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
3. **Data Management:**
- Collect, organize, and maintain accurate data related to BTL activities.
- Utilize data management tools and software to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
4. **Field Work:**
- Participate in on-ground activities, events, and promotions as needed.
- Coordinate logistics and manage resources for successful campaign execution.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.
5. **Outdoor Travel:**
- Travel to various locations to oversee and manage BTL campaigns.
- Ensure all activities are executed in line with the brand's standards and objectives.
- Flexibility to travel on short notice for urgent campaign requirements.
6. **Branding:**
- Understand and implement both indoor and outdoor branding strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of branding materials and suggest improvements.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
