Operation Executive

• Maintain and optimize the CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring accurate and up-to-date sales data.

• Generate and analyze sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making.

• Work closely with sales leadership to develop forecasting models and performance tracking.

• Assist in sales planning, territory alignment, and quota management.

• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and customer success.

• Support onboarding and training of new sales team members in tools and processes.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to sales operations.
  
  Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with BI tools and Advance Excel is mandatory (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and incentive plans.

  • Exposure to process automation and sales enablement tools.
