We are looking for a Operation Executive to join our team at Inventa Cleantec Private Limited. An Operations Coordinator (supporting a Site Operations Manager)—it’s more about coordination, reporting, and managing daily site activities
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Site Manager in planning
daily tasks Coordinate between workers, vendors, and supervisors
Track work progress on-site
Maintain daily reports (attendance, work progress)
Update MIS reports in Excel
Handle emails and internal communication.
Monitor incoming and outgoing materialson site
Coordinate with store/warehouse team
Avoid shortages or delays
Communicate with suppliers and contractors
Follow up on deliveries and services
Handle basic issue resolution.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 2 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
