Responsibilities: ● Site Creation: Collect details from various sources - one day prior to site creation. ● Deployment: Gather deployment details from Google Sheets or WhatsApp - one day prior. ● PM Visit: Verify if PM visit is conducted by Ops Manager or add it via Ops Executive. ● Site Update: Ensure verification, correction, and follow-up with PM for site updates. ● Current Status Verification: Daily verification of Enquiry, Order, Work in Progress, Dwell, Partially Completed Work, and Completed Site Work. ● Site Closing: Verify mandays spent, convert Sqft to Mandays, update Actual Sqft , and ensure Handover is updated during site closure. ● PO Update: Verify Purchase Orders (PO) from the system revenue; select the sqft of PO. ● Service Data: Ensure all service data is clear, collected either by Key Account Managers (KAM) or internally. Follow up and mark remarks as billable or free of charge (FOC). ● KAM Approval: Follow up with KAM to ensure all sites are approved for billing. ● Contractor and Payment Records: Update contractor and payment received data in the system. ● Daily Reporting: Share daily reports with the City Ops Manager or City Manager. ● Urgent Tasks: Manage urgent tasks or other backend responsibilities based on time constraints. ● Training of TMS (Technician & PM) Ensure all data in the TMS (Task Management System) is accurate through diligent follow-up.
