We are looking for a Operation Executive to join our team at INSTAKART SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. The role The position offers ₹ 22,000 - ₹ 30,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Roster & Shift Management:

Daily Wishmasters ki attendance aur shifts manage karna.

Delivery routes aur areas ke hisab se daily shipments allocate karna.

Inbound & Dispatch Operations:

Mother hub / Linehaul se aane wale parcels ki scanning aur sorting supervise karna.

Subah ke waqt Out for Delivery (OFD) status updates check karke Wishmasters ko bag assign karna.

Performance & SLA Tracking:

Real-time Dashboard monitor karna taaki pta chale kitne orders deliver hue aur kitne pending hain.

First Attempt Delivery Rate (FADR) ko high rakhna aur fake door closures ko roknay ke liye monitoring karna.

Undelivered & Escalation Management:

Jo parcels deliver nahi ho paaye (NDR - Non-Delivery Reason), unke customer calling aur re-attempt follow-ups manage karna.

RTO (Return to Origin) shipments ko process karke return bag me seal karna.

Cash & Digital Payment Reconciliation:

Din ke aakhri me Wishmasters se COD (Cash on Delivery) ka exact cash collect karna.

Cash collection ko POS system/ERP me entry karke Hub Manager ko hand over karna.

Job Requirements:

0 - 6 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working.
