Manage and monitor renewal cycles for telecom service contracts (broadband, leased line, fiber connectivity, etc.).
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth renewal processes.
Track renewal due dates, pending payments, and contract expirations using CRM or ERP tools.
Prepare and maintain renewal reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.
Liaise with the accounts and billing teams for payment follow-ups and invoice reconciliation.
Support service assurance teams to ensure uninterrupted services during renewals.
Analyze customer data to identify retention opportunities and reduce churn.
Handle customer escalations related to renewals or service continuation.
Assist management in forecasting and planning renewal targets.
Ensure compliance with company and telecom regulatory policies.
Strong understanding of telecom operations (ISP, network, fiber, or enterprise connectivity).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and data reporting.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
