Operation Executive

We are looking for a Operation Executive to join our team at Home Hancer Services. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹ 10,000 - ₹ 15,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign service complaints to technicians on a daily basis and ensure timely job completion
• Follow up with technicians to close complaints within defined timelines
• Coordinate with vendors for material availability, procurement, and delivery
• Prepare and maintain technician payment sheets (weekly, and monthly)
• Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including complaints, work status, materials, and payments
• Track service progress and provide regular updates to the management team
• Ensure smooth coordination between technicians, vendors, and internal teams

Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 5 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working.
