Operation Executive

Position Available:

1. Sales Executive: 6 positions available

•Salary INR 18000 with Sale based incentive up to INR 5000

•Timings: Rotational

●       Morning Shift - 11AM to 8PM

●       Evening Shift - 2PM to 11 PM

●       Working on weekends and public holidays

•Weekly off: 1 off between Monday to Thursday

•Gender preference: Any

Job Description:

●       Understand the functionality of the games.

●       Assign players to activities.

●       Guide players to play the activities.

●       Upselling and cross-selling of other activities, beverages, and second games.

●       Selling memberships.

●       Provide professional and extra care to the players.

●       Getting reviews.

●       Sell memberships.

●       On-need basis billing.

●       On-the-job performing any unit requirements.

●       Performing activities mentioned in the opening and closing checklist of the unit.

●       Deal with questions and complaints of players and escalate to seniors when required.

●       Manage events and bookings as needed.

●       Safeguard gaming equipment.

●       Alertness when players are playing activities.

●       Administrative activities based on need.

Requirement and skills:

●       High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.

●       Proficient in English (oral and written). Must be able to understand and communicate in proper English.

●       Strong communication and people skills

●       Problem-solving skills

●       Customer service orientation

●       Flexible for any shifts

●       Team player
