About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive Intern to support our
operations team. This role involves handling day-to-day operational tasks, responding to queries,
managing payment disputes, and preparing reports for different stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
● Respond to emails and maintain timely communication with users, partners, and internal
teams.
● Handle and resolve payment disputes efficiently and professionally.
● Prepare, organize, and share data reports with various agencies and internal teams.
● Assist in streamlining operational processes and improving workflow efficiency.
● Support the operations team in other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Good analytical and organizational skills.
● Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data preparation and reporting.
● Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
● Prior experience in customer support or operations is a plus but not mandatory.
